Please take these steps to make sure you get your content:
Step 1: Check your email
Your request is being sent to your Inbox. But you may miss it if it gets delivered to your "Promotions" tab (Gmail) or a SPAM folder.
Step 2: Move the email to your main Inbox
You can train your email platform to deliver these emails to your main Inbox.
- Outlook: Drag the email to the Inbox and use the junk mail pull-down to select "Never block sender's domain."
- Gmail: Drag the email from the "Promotions" tab or any other tab to your main Inbox.
- Other: Follow these similar steps for your email platform.
Step 3: Add the email address to your address book
Many email platforms look at your address book to see if you're expecting email from a sender.
Add the Vice Software email address to your address book to ensure reliable delivery of emails.
