The Dichotomy of a 10x Developer

I've wasted a lot of time trying to hire 10x developers in my career. it took starting my own business to realize what the problem was.

Unfortunately, almost everyone who actually has all the necessary attributes to be called a 10x developer is either already a CTO, or is already making way more money than you or I can afford to pay.

So, I built a system for turning teams of A-player developers into a cohesive unit of 10x developers.

It's given my agency the ability to seamlessly integrate with other teams and deliver 10x developer results as a service.  However, the same processes and structure would work with almost any team to level up the entire organization.
